Janet is ranked one of the best IROs of all time globally by IR Impact, and led IR strategy in three of the top 15 transactions in Canadian history. Over her 30-year career in investor relations, Janet led IR at some of Canada’s biggest companies during times of great transformation and change, including Fortis Inc., Loblaw Companies Limited, Nexen Inc., AltaGas Ltd., Nortel, and Maple Leaf Foods. Janet is a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards on all aspects of investor relations, reputation management and capital markets. She brings a highly strategic, innovative approach to investor relations that is customized and calibrated based on the company and situation.
Linda Ezergailis, MBA, P.Eng., ICD.D

Linda Ezergailis is a seasoned capital markets professional with global influence and reach. A former managing director at TD Securities, Linda built and led the firm’s energy infrastructure sell-side equity research franchise, covering North American pipeline, midstream, power, and utility companies.
Through her career spanning engineering, strategy consulting, and institutional equity research, she earned the trust of institutional investors, senior executives, and boards by navigating complex market cycles and high-stakes decisions. She is known for her rigorous analysis, sound judgment, and ability to connect strategy, capital allocation, and market positioning.

Sarah Lerner, MBA, CFA
Sarah is an investor relations leader with deep experience and expertise across multiple sectors. Her experience is largely within corporations building financial models, creating long-range plans, developing corporate strategy and delivering investor relations. She possesses an extremely rare combination of strategic insight, communication skills, financial acumen, and design capabilities.
In her two decades in investor relations, corporate strategy and finance, she has delivered exceptional results with corporate issuers that span from small-cap to mega-cap, and include Thinkific, Maple Leaf Foods and Enbridge. Her work has resulted in successful, high-impact events like M&A, investor days and large corporate actions.
Whether it is digging into understanding the valuation drivers of companies, building compelling presentations, or creating financial models, Sarah applies the same disciplined analysis, ensuring there is consistency and coherence to investor relations material.
Sarah has an MBA from Queen’s University, and is a CFA charterholder.
